My Process

​

After finishing up my final year at DePaul University with a degree in Digital Cinema (B.A.) and a minor in Community Psychology, I spent much of my time producing video content for non-profit organizations around the Chicagoland area. This network currently includes The United Way of Chicago, DePaul University's Digital Youth Network, The National Safety Council, Dreaming Tree Films, & The Youth Empowerment Performance Project.

 

I moved to Austin about 5 years ago to pursue outdoor filmmaking work as a multimedia specialist for the City of Austin, Parks & Recreation Department. After many thrilling years of outdoor filmmaking, I pursued a role with a media company producing and editing multiple 30 day yoga series, each with unique branding, animations, and styles. I've produced and edited many adhoc projects for bands and community cleanup projects around Austin, TX. I now work with Accenture on behalf of Google to build Help Center and Knowledge Base articles for users worldwide. We produce content for Android, iPhone, & Desktop readers. 

I have acquired many new skills along the way including pre to post-video production, content creation, video editing, sound design, content strategy, technical writing, project management, and stakeholder relations.
